The Jameel House of Traditional Arts in Cairo alumni annual fair

The Jameel House of Traditional Arts in Cairo unveils the creative artworks of its talented graduates in ceramics, gypsum, woodwork and metal work in its annual alumni fair from 7–11 December 2023 at the Institut français d'archéologie orientale. The exhibition gives visitors a chance to see the progress of Jameel House alumni since their graduation, displayed in an array of artworks. From intricate ceramics to metalwork, each piece narrates a unique story and offers a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage preserved through these traditional art forms and the training delivered by the Jameel House diploma course.

All showcased artworks are available for purchase, giving visitors the chance to own a piece of this timeless craftsmanship. Entrance is free to all and the exhibition will be open daily, until 10 December.
