Yara Sakr

Yara Sakr is General Manager for Public Relations and Communications at Community Jameel, an independent, global organisation advancing science and learning for communities to thrive. As part of her role, she oversees all communication activities for the organisation and highlights its partner programmes.

Her previous experience spans investor relations, communications, and business development at a number of private sector entities and non-governmental organisations.

Yara holds a B.A. in Political Science from the American University in Cairo and an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
