Indian writer Shobhaa De discusses the publication of her latest memoir 'Insatiable', a reflection on her food-filled life in the post-pandemic year 2022, as the writer turned 75. Rather than tell a linear tale of her celebrity life, Shobhaa decided to write a food memoir offering portraits of people and experiences from her past and present. The book includes anecdotes of dinners with family and notable friends such as the co-founders and co-directors of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and Nobel laureates, Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo.
