Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel ’78 earns MIT Alumni Association’s highest honur

MIT Corporation life member Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel KBE ’78, who earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering at MIT, and is an active MIT volunteer as well as noted philanthropist as the founder and chairman of Community Jameel, will receive the Bronze Beaver, the highest award the MIT Alumni Association bestows on alumni volunteers, this September.
