Hala El Masri

Hala El Masri is a Programmes Officer at Community Jameel, an independent, global organisation science and learning for communities to thrive.

Hala holds a BA from the American University of Beirut in Political Science and a minor in Public Policy, and is completeing her MSc in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics.

Her previous experience is centered on research in areas of policy, particularly in the Global South. She brings expertise in development and social policy to shape and support programmes to be effective and efficient.
