As more never-smokers develop lung cancer, researchers test an AI model to predict patient risk

A trial scheduled to begin later this year will test the accuracy and usefulness of a new AI system, Sybil, developed by researchers at MIT's Jameel Clinic and Massachusetts General Hospital that predicts a patient's cancer risk over six years by analysing a single low-dose CT scan.
