The Jameel family
The late Abdul Latif Jameel established the Jameel family tradition of supporting the community. He helped tens of thousands in his lifetime; today, the family have enabled hundreds of thousands of people around the world to live happier, healthier, more productive lives.
The Jameel family proudly follow his vision and live by his example. They share a pioneering spirit and passion for improving the lives of men and women across the world, nurturing communities and economies to ensure they achieve their true potential.
Fady Jameel has overseen the expansion of Community Jameel's programmes globally in his role as President, International. This includes Bab Rizq Jameel, an award-winning livelihoods programme with an international presence, and a number of labs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Imperial College London addressing some of humanity's greatest challenges.
Fady is also the Chairman and Founder of Art Jameel, the arts and culture organisation.
President, Saudi Arabia
Hassan Jameel leads the Saudi initiatives in his role as President, Saudi Arabia. He is closely involved in Bab Rizq Jameel, the award-winning livelihoods programme that has helped hundreds of thousands of men and women in Saudi Arabia to work.
Hassan also leads refugee education programmes, including Transforming Refugee Education towards Excellence, a collaboration between Save the Children and the MIT Abdul Latif Jameel World Education Lab, tackling psychosocial challenges encountered by teachers and students in Jordan.
